Unique Cheeses

Our family comes from a long agro-livestock tradition and has been working for many years with our own goat herd of Malaga breed, with daily milking and extensive grazing on our farm and since the end of the last century we have become organic, convinced of respect for nature and animal care, not using any chemical fertilizer or antibiotic treatment, leads to the quality of our products, we currently produce cured and semi-cured cheeses from our own milk, in collaboration with the artisan cheese factory Sta. María del Cerro in the neighboring town of Villanueva de la Concepción.

 

The elaboration of our cheeses is both traditional and artisanal, using kid's rennet to bring the milk to the curdling and subsequent coagulation. Both cured and semi-cured cheeses made from raw and/or pasteurized milk after their maturation period, have an exceptional quality and a distinct flavor that comes from our Mediterranean pastures. Our cheeses are under the quality brand "Sabor a Málaga" promoted by the Diputación de Málaga to identify the highest quality products of the province and that they can be identified and known by consumers and putting in value the provincial agri-food sector of Malaga.

Organic Cheeses

Our organic and artisan cheese is a unique and high quality product, made with pure goat's milk from our own livestock with an average production of 1 2,000 liters per month. It is made in a traditional and artisan way in the Santa María del Cerro cheese factory, located in Villanueva de la Concepción (Málaga).
The health of our livestock is managed by Boalvet, veterinarians specialized in natural and agro-ecological treatments. This cheese has a number of advantages that make it unique:
- It is organic: our goat milk is certified by CAAE, which guarantees that it has been produced in a responsible and sustainable way, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
- It is natural: our goats are of Malagueña breed and graze in our meadows and mediterranean forest, ideal for their food and wellness.
- High quality milk: Our cheese is made with pure milk. from Malagueña goat, from our own livestock. This milk is of high quality and contains a number of nutrients health benefits, such as protein, calcium and fatty acids. Omega – 3.
- No additives or colorants: Our cheese does not contain additives or artificial coloring agents, pIt is a natural and healthy product.
